- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 8 ounces sliced ham
- 8 ounces sliced salami
- 4 ounces sliced provolone cheese
- 4 ounces shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the Italian bread in half horizontally.
- In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread the dressing on both halves of the bread.
- Layer the ham, salami, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the bread.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the top half of the bread over the filling.
- Cut into slices and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add other ingredients to your grinder sandwich, such as banana peppers, pickles, or avocado.
