Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the diced tuna to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Warm the corn tortillas according to package directions. You can fry them for a crispy shell or warm them for a soft shell.
- To assemble, spoon the marinated tuna into the tortillas.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and any desired toppings.
