- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for extra heat
- Optional: Chopped green onions or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss well to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce.
- If using, add red pepper flakes for extra spice.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes, tossing frequently, until the noodles are heated through and well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with green onions or cilantro if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sweet chili sauce and red pepper flakes to your preferred level of sweetness and spiciness.
- You can add cooked protein like chicken, shrimp, or tofu for a more complete meal.
- Other vegetables such as bell peppers, broccoli, or carrots can be added.
