Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
