  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, honey, chili garlic sauce, ginger, and garlic. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
