- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, honey, chili garlic sauce, ginger, and garlic. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
