Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1 lb Crawfish
  • 1 lb Mussels
  • 1 lb Sausage, sliced
  • 4 Corn on the cob, halved
  • 1 lb Potatoes, quartered
  • 1 Onion, quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Lemon, halved
  • 1/4 cup Seafood boil seasoning
  • 12 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Add water, seasoning, onion, garlic, and lemon to a large pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and sausage. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, crawfish, and mussels. Cook until seafood is pink and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Drain and serve immediately.
