Ingredients

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup (if using), and salt in a jar or container.
- Stir well to combine.
- Add raspberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Stir again before serving.
