Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Combine frozen banana, peanut butter, milk, and vanilla extract (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If a thicker consistency is desired, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sweeter smoothie, add a touch of honey or maple syrup.
- To increase protein, add a scoop of protein powder.
- For a chocolate version, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
