Oreo overnight oats are an easy and delicious breakfast. This recipe combines the classic cookie flavor with healthy oats for a quick morning meal.

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 Oreo cookie, for topping
Instructions
- In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and sugar (if using).
- Add the milk and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Stir in the 2 crushed Oreo cookies.
- Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Before serving, top with the remaining Oreo cookie.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
- For a thicker consistency, add more chia seeds.
- You can prepare multiple jars at once for quick breakfasts throughout the week.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
