- 200ml heavy cream
- 15g matcha powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a 6-inch springform pan with parchment paper, ensuring it extends above the rim.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in heavy cream, matcha powder, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is deeply golden brown and the center is still slightly jiggly.
- Let cool completely in the pan before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from pan and serve.
