Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup small sago pearls, cooked
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cook sago pearls according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
  2. In a bowl, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, and water.
  3. Add cooked sago pearls and diced mangoes to the milk mixture.
  4. Mix well and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
  • Use ripe but firm mangoes for best texture.
  • Add ice cubes for a colder dessert.
