Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1/2 cup small sago pearls, cooked
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Cook sago pearls according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
- In a bowl, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, and water.
- Add cooked sago pearls and diced mangoes to the milk mixture.
- Mix well and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
- Use ripe but firm mangoes for best texture.
- Add ice cubes for a colder dessert.
