- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, salt, and maple syrup (if using) in a jar or container.
- Stir well.
- Add diced mango.
- Seal the container and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 2 hours).
- In the morning, stir the oats. Add more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Enjoy cold. You can add more mango on top.

- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Feel free to add other toppings like shredded coconut or nuts.
