Description
Classic deviled eggs get a flavor boost. They are perfect for parties.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil eggs. Cool and peel.
- Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks.
- In a bowl, mash yolks. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites.
- Top with bacon, chives, and paprika.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Adjust mayonnaise for desired consistency.
- Add a dash of hot sauce for spice.
- Garnish with different herbs.
