Description

Classic deviled eggs get a flavor boost. They are perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs. Cool and peel.
  2. Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks.
  3. In a bowl, mash yolks. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites.
  5. Top with bacon, chives, and paprika.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
