- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Kimchi, chopped
- 1/4 cup Gochujang
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 8 oz Ramen Noodles, cooked
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- 2 tbsp Green Onions, chopped
- Sesame Seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped kimchi, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with half of the cooked ramen noodles.
- Layer the cream cheese ramen mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread the beef and kimchi mixture evenly over the ramen layer.
- Top with the remaining cooked ramen noodles.
- Place provolone cheese slices over the top layer of noodles.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang quantity to your spice preference.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with crumbled firm tofu.
- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing.
