Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. In a separate bowl, toss tofu cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add tofu to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  5. Pour the honey soy glaze over the tofu and stir to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot.
