Description
Crispy honey chili cauliflower. A delicious vegetarian dish.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower florets: 1 head
- Cornstarch: 1/2 cup
- All-purpose flour: 1/4 cup
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil: for frying
- Honey: 1/4 cup
- Chili garlic sauce: 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
- Rice vinegar: 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds: for garnish
- Green onions: for garnish
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into florets.
- Whisk together cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Coat cauliflower in the mixture.
- Fry cauliflower until golden brown.
- In a pan, combine honey, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Cook until slightly thickened.
- Add fried cauliflower to the sauce.
- Toss to coat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust chili garlic sauce to your spice preference.
- Serve with rice.
