  • Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • Vegetable oil: for frying
  • Honey: 1/4 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar: 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds: for garnish
  • Green onions: for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower into florets.
  2. Whisk together cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat cauliflower in the mixture.
  4. Fry cauliflower until golden brown.
  5. In a pan, combine honey, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
  6. Cook until slightly thickened.
  7. Add fried cauliflower to the sauce.
  8. Toss to coat.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  10. Serve immediately.
