Simple and delicious garlic butter tofu.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 block extra-firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press tofu to remove excess water.
- Cut tofu into cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Cook tofu until golden.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add butter, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.

- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Adjust soy sauce to your taste.
