Quick and easy garlic butter chicken bites, perfect for a weeknight meal or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add butter to the skillet and melt over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Stir in fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with rice, pasta, or a side salad.
