- 1 cup high-quality dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup white chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped dates
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Melt dark, milk, and white chocolates separately with coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave.
- Spread melted dark chocolate in a thin layer on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle chopped dates, almonds, and pistachios evenly over the dark chocolate.
- Drizzle melted milk and white chocolates over the nuts and dates.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve.
