- 4 large eggs

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 4 slices cooked bacon or ham
Instructions
- Cut croissants in half horizontally.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cook eggs in a lightly greased skillet over medium heat until set.
- Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Top cheese with cooked eggs and protein.
- Cover with the top half of the croissant.
Notes
- You can add your favorite vegetables like spinach or peppers to the eggs.
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce.
