- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the bowl with the cheese mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
- Dip each pasta piece into the beaten egg, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Roll the egg-coated pasta in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the coated pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Drizzle or spray the pasta with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve immediately.
