- 50ml heavy cream

Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Spoon the creamy mushroom mixture over the toasted bread.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.
