- 1 pound pasta
- 1 pound feta cheese
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place feta cheese and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Remove baked feta and tomatoes from oven.
- Add garlic and mix. Mash the feta and tomatoes together.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce.
- Toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
