Rich and fudgy chocolate brownies with a swirl of tahini.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Drizzle tahini over the batter.
- Add the remaining batter and swirl with a knife.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- You can add nuts to the batter.
- Store brownies in an airtight container.
