Delicious Chimichurri steak bites are easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 pound steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, oregano, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Marinate steak in chimichurri for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak bites until desired doneness, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use flank steak, skirt steak, or sirloin steak.
- Adjust the red pepper flakes to your preference.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
