Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken breasts until done. Let cool and dice.
  2. Wash and chop romaine lettuce.
  3. In a bowl, mix diced chicken, chopped lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Warm tortillas slightly.
