Quick and easy chicken Caesar wraps perfect for a light lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook chicken breasts until done. Let cool and dice.
- Wash and chop romaine lettuce.
- In a bowl, mix diced chicken, chopped lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm tortillas slightly.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Fold and roll the tortillas to form wraps.

- You can grill or pan-fry the chicken.
- Add croutons for extra crunch.
