- 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Stir in the parsley and minced garlic.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over one half of the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Fold the other half of the dough over the cheese filling. Crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
- Cut the dough into desired shapes, such as logs or squares.
- Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add other seasonings like Italian herbs or red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
- Serve with your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.
