  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Stir in the parsley and minced garlic.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over one half of the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  5. Fold the other half of the dough over the cheese filling. Crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
  6. Cut the dough into desired shapes, such as logs or squares.
  7. Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
