Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Toss shrimp in the flour mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry shrimp until golden and cooked.
- In a bowl, mix buffalo wing sauce and melted butter.
- Toss fried shrimp in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Warm tortillas.
- Assemble wraps with shrimp, lettuce, blue cheese, and dressing.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
- Use gluten-free flour for gluten-free wraps.
- Add other toppings like tomatoes or carrots.
