- 1 block (8 ounces) feta cheese
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound pasta
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place feta in the center of a baking dish.
- Surround feta with cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until tomatoes burst and feta softens.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Mash baked feta and tomatoes together.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce.
- Toss to combine, adding pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.

- Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
