- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
- Crackers or baguette slices for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie wheel in a small oven-safe dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Score the top rind of the brie lightly with a knife.
- Drizzle the honey over the top of the brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts and rosemary (if using) over the honey.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty.
- Serve immediately with crackers or baguette slices.
