Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes, everything bagel seasoning, cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Toast the bread to your desired crispness.
- While the bread is toasting, mash the avocado in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the eggs to your preference (fried, scrambled, poached).
- Once the toast is ready, spread the mashed avocado evenly over each slice.
- Place a cooked egg on top of each avocado-covered toast.
- Season with additional salt and pepper, and any optional toppings. Serve immediately.
