Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
- Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Spoon the mousse into individual serving dishes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker mousse, use less almond milk.
- Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
- Garnish with fresh berries or shaved chocolate.
